I got one on the part the dash obscures so you could only see it from the outside. Eventually spread all across the window. Got it replaced and the fitter put an inch long scratch on the inside of the A pillar, kinda under the edge of the glass
Won't be using it so saves it getting scratched , also a good hiding place for Christmas presents lol
Are these both yours dude? Love both of them. That BMW is sweet I'd like one of those after the Megane I think
Its a bit fiddly but im not the most ept at doing these things. Take off cover by clutch pedal (plastic panel) pinch 2 plastic tabs on filter and pull out clean all crap out then put new filter in you will have to bend it this is the fiddly bit job done
Are they PS2's ? Great tyres had them on my RS4 and I have them on the rear of my Meg just waiting for the F1's to wear before I replace at the front
Yes mate they are PS2's never used them before. Had pilot exalto on my trophy and always used PS3's on the Meg before. So we shall say! Only thing is ideally you wana do all 4 to get the best out of the car / tyres but it's ££££
Took the gearbox actuator off and filed and greased the bush so it self centres correctly in traffic!
Detailed it ready for putting it up for sale, the roof graphics were looking a bit off-white so I got some polish on them - check how they came up
Thought I'd use something with some bite, so used Megs Scratch X on a microfibre. Came up fantastic straight away!
Sorted the receipts and paperwork, and stupidly added up what I've spent (which doesn't include parts I've bought and had sent straight to Mark Black) - over 3 grand in 2 1/2 years! Realistically that figure is at least 500-600 more. The vast majority of that is just replacements for wear and tear or upgrades rather than the car actually breaking which it rarely has!
Finally had my short shifter fitted, what a massive improvement! car serviced, brembo hc discs and xp8's fitted.
first one for a while.. over past 2 days, picked up the new spare engine for the racecar thanks to Tim (Y) and off loaded and started stripping to assess the engine before the parts buying begins..
First clean for nearly 3 months, I'd forgotten I had the red pack on my 265, hidden under some serious muck! All ready for a road trip in the morning to Mr Black for a service then onwards to Leeds to a certain running company.....
Cleaned it and put it into hibernation until next year. Will re-appear at some point next year with a new bonnet and decals.
Not much yet but started at 8.30 and fitting FMIC and Air Induction Kit, then got the fun task of removing the CAT to fit a Decat then full exhaust system. Oh and some hose changes along the way. Then 4.30pm it's due for a quick dyno run and to have the emissions warnings changed so it doesnt go limp mode with the decat fitted.
Another Renault one but its getting protected. I've given up with Renault Customer Services which now appear to be based in Uzbekistan and paid for it myself.
