it drains too much washer fluid unnecessarily lol, I would prefer to turn it off or take the relay out and turn it on for MOT purposes
I've just check the wiring diagram on VISU-Schéma and it seems the washer motor goes to the protection unit near the battery. I will have a look in there. Anyone know what fuse number or relay it would be?
I've attached some snaps from the wiring diagram. I'm not that familiar with electronic diagrams so maybe someone can help by looking at it? Second attachment indicates that 219 goes to 1337. 219 is the headlight washer pump and 1337 is the SWITCHING PROTECTION UNIT. I think attachment 1 indicates something about the relay that controls the headlight washer, if i'm not mistaken there might be 2 relays that controls the headlight washer? because it activates in one way polarity then switches to reverse polarity. Not sure what the codes CA13C and 39G and 39H indicate. Then on the 3rd main diagram, if you follow 219 it also refers to the 39G and 39H. I am assuming where the blue line goes back to in 1337 is the actual AMP fuse? Attachment 1: Attachment 2: Attachment 3:
It's most likely controlled by transistors in the 1337 (LEET) box, so no relay(s).. The way it's wired does suggest that it can run in both directions, and if I remember correctly, the pump also has two hoses going to it, where one is for the headlight washers (is the other for rear window, maybe?).. anyway, you could pull one of the two 15A fuses going to 39G/H shown on your 3rd attachment to disable the pump.
