Side lights

    Need bit help
    Just been out and noticed that I've got a side light out... No biggie except these don't look like your norm side lights clearly been upgraded
    How do you get into them to change them and what does anyone recommend, as I want to keep the white light these give off but eBay has so many different ones some for couple of quid to stoopid prices. 41a95a61aeeb3fd48e0bc6143663796b.jpg

    Yeah they look good
    Is there any error codes with them

    No, they are can bus error free

    I have these exact bulbs/leds they work great. Can also do all you're interior lights too :wink:

    So is this a bumper off jobby? I need to upgrade mine and put HID kit in so whats the easiest way?

    If you have a mk 2 then to change bulbs the bumper has to come off

    Yep, doesn't take long for the bumper to come off though.

    Can you not take the battery out to access that side

    I managed to do my sidelights without taking the bumper off

    It's fiddly but do able, you need doubled jointed wrists and little fingers :smiley:

    Would of thought Renault would make it easier,bloody French

    I tried to change the ones on my Mercedes, gave up couldn't even find the way in to the back if the light :worried:
