fixed notice, wait 28 days for a fine, at least there no points

 

Why remind you for a tax disc you see everyday but not an mot ya put in a wallet and forget about untill tax is due??

took it Saturday passed no advisory's

just got my fine through £100 had a good read and the reg is wrong, the last 3 letters are completely wrong, I did a basic hpi check and its not a black 225 so I shall not be paying the fine as that would be admitting driving a blue megane convertible that could have been used in crimes!!!

 

Took it for a mot day after stopped flew through

update........ sent a letter contesting the fine as I have never drove/owned/seen the car mentioned
gutted today a "clerical error" I now have the £100 fine with the correct reg, oh well!!

 

yep that's what they did, had my reg wrong though

 

yep I know they would but I cant admit to driving a car I have never seen, it could have been a getaway car 5 minutes after the cops let me go and I would be liable
