(not today) yesterday i done air box mod and gave it a good clean! have done quite a bit to it recently. had both parts of under tray replaced, short shift fitted, front bumper refitted, new front head light, new power fold wing mirror and now about 100 more jobs still needed! no wonder im skint!
I feel that pain, I have managed to do both passenger wheels in two days. No-one to blame but myself. :-(
Gave the interior a Hoover and clean, cleaned the alcantara with race glaze cleaner then treated the leather with 2 coats of Gtechniq L1 leather guard, which claims to prevent wear on bolsters etc by reducing friction. Time will tell but their other products I've used have been excellent.
A set of new front tyres today as i woke up to see a flat with a nail in it :-( Ended up going with ZZ5s mainly because thats about all they had that was affordable and the right size, but after a good run to and from work im actually quite impressed. Im no pro tho . had v12s on before but she feels much happier now recommended
Noticed my EML went out after it came on due to Decat. I have not yet got round to getting it mapped out.
New wiper blades. Blades that I bought back in June and only just got around to fitting. Kept forgetting. Also ripped the hood above the speedo off to stop it from rattling. Put it back on and it still rattles. FUCK.

Today i have bought: New cd player made for iPod. HID Kit & New bulbs all round. BMC Panel Filter Forge dump valve. Get the car on thursday, can't wait.
Fitted a Clio 197 steering wheel/airbag and the alloys are now looking fresh after a refurb. Wheel fits like a dream and feels so much better than the standard Meg wheel!
I'll get some pictures up at the weekend. I think the wheel is a bit smaller, it's a lot chunkier so feels better to hold. All the buttons work perfectly and all the existing clips can be used, so no cutting and soldering wires etc. The only wire left is the earth cable from the Megane (the Clio doesn't have one), but it doesn't need to be screwed in!
So it was a straight forward swap? You are going to cost me money if it looks better, looking forward to the pictures! :-)
Cheers for the info. Sounds like a nice and easy swap then . I find on the megane wheel I hold it quite high up to get a good grip. Earth cable for what...not the airbag I hope lol! I wonder if a 250 wheel fits, they look soo nice.
Technically not what I've done to the car, but this was done to me by a driver just pulling out without looking this morning. :-(
Trying to sort the outter CV boot clip. Didnt realise its meant to be a special clip. Only found out after fucking around with a big jubilee for an hour
