stage 1 with no other mods from the likes of RS Tuning will give you around 260 hp and 280 lb/ft..depending on how healthy the engine is. A ktec induction kit will free up a few more horses up top. At the age the car is now,going stage 2 is risky and expensive, as you will need a bigger intercooler,and injectors. getting you close to 290-300 hp/lb/ft...but this is the absolute limit for a standard engine. Rods are the weak point..some last,some dont. also without the LSD of the R26,getting that power down will be tricky. A stage 1 with premium tyres,a fluid flush,decent pads and a shortshift will be a balanced package for a 225. you really dont need anything more than that for quick driving.
