Well last night didnt go as planned hit a deer going about 35mph roughly, came out of nowhere on unlit road. Got towed back by aa and after checking damage this morning its not too bad just a new rad and front bumper needs sorting which i will do.
Fixed the car last night after the deer encounter turns out it was just the rad that was split i think the larger upgraded intercooler helped saved it from being worse. Fitted rad all seems to be working ok Fitted carbon blank inplace of rear wiper Opened up grill for length of intercooler Fitted new splitter Fitted silvervision front indicator bulbs
Looks nice mate. Just reading this now. Just out of curiosity where'd you get your bulbs from? And are they any good? Want to go white instead of the yellowish colour. Some bulbs you can get and the output on them is poor so don't want to order cheapies and find out I can't see at night lol.
Thanks mate, the front indicator bulbs i got from ebay (silvervisions) if you mean the headlight bulbs it was from halfords think they were £20 with a slight blue tinge. There road legal and halfords fitted them for next to nothing so it saved hassle. Had them on quite a while to be honest there ok but nothing special if you want pure white you may have to look elsewhere for other options. You may get better bulbs on ebay but road legality will vary or hid kits etc
Yeah, bought a few before off there and they haven't Ber great. Also because I've not yet got projectors I don't want to go down the HID route as I don't want to blind incoming cars (its a pain in the are the when someone else does it). Cheers anyway
the deflectors i really like too i was unsure at first on a 5 door but im glad i got them look good imo and also are very functional.

Mine arrived today, just fitted them and I'm the same. Really like how they look, although because of my sausage fingers, pushing the metal clips in was a bit of a job
Had my headlights tinted a very light smoke after most of the car is black i didnt really like the bright white of the headlights so darkened it a bit with the tint. Hard to capture the right image in the photos but im happy with it i appreicate it wont be everyones cup of tea.
Look good those mate I have been thinking about doing this for a while until I can find some r lights. Has it made any difference to the light output on a night time? How much did you pay if you don't mind me asking?
Cheers mate, havent really driven at night since and dont do much night driving so cant really comment at the minute, however its a light smoke so shouldnt be massively different. Got the guy who wrapped my car he did as a favour as he doesnt really do headlights much anymore he only charged me £15 i was happy with that. Tried doing it myself and couldnt do it with the curve of the light lol

little update on this as i have been doing some night driving recently, I find the light is slightly worse obviously with the tints but to be honest i dont think these lights are that great anyway unless i was to have xenons or a much more expensive kit. so very little or no noticeable difference i would say
Flushed brake system and used ATE type 200 fluid. Changed oil using elf oil and filter Put lower front grill back on car Then a bit of a wash
