I'm getting a jingling noise coming from the front drivers side suspension of my R26. Does anyone know what it could be? It's driving me nuts, I've had it on a lift and checked every joint and bush, it all seems tight. The only thing I think it might be is the hubs, they tend to feel sticky now and then, I've got a pair of refurbed ones which are due to be fitted soon. My car has only done 50,000. Any help or ideas would be great.
what kind of jingling noise is it... is it a squeak everytime you go over a bump or is it a constant squeaking/jingling noise from driver side, mainly at start up? how old is the car and has it had belt/water pump change?
It sounds like a little bell jingling when ever the front drivers side wheel goes over a bump or pot hole. The car is only on 51,000 miles and it's a 57 plate. I'll check the bolt your motioned.
