  1. Being a previous 19 16v owner I’m aware of the niggling problem you get from fast French cars but this ones really being to piss me off now. Replaced ball joint, track rods, drop links to solve a knocking/clunking noise still knocking and now I’ve discovered a Miss fire at 5500rpm now. arrrr I thing the knocking is the lower link mount I’ll see when I replace it. But this miss fire. Plugs? Leads, fuel, Ecu, head,,,, fuck no’s any one experienced this. If so any help gladley appreciated. ⚒

  2. Hey!

5500rpm sounds like the cold limiter. A very common fault on these is for the thermostat to go. Very easy to replace and fairly cheap too.

  3. The knocking will be the anti rotation link that attaches to the wishbone and the hub.
As said the missfire will likely be a faulty thermostat
