Hi all im wanting to get the above items for the meg. Im just wondering wheres the best place to get them and cheapest as I know they can be quite expensive. Cheers.
i was was tempted but the diffuser isn't seperate from the bumper so it would have to be textured at spraying to give the desired effect and also exhaust would need to be changed too. Works out a dear do when you take all these factors into account. lee
£180 on ebay is for one as far as I can see http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-GENUI...arts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2c825a4ddb
We are just in the middle of developing some side skirts for the Clio and Megane. They are having some final revisions as the winglets need to be bigger but we're looking at around £130 per pair delivered. As you can see from the pictures the winglets do need to be bigger. Once they are finished we would be happy to do a group buy on them. Should only be a couple of weeks.
CazanRacing, £130 for both and includes delivery! Amazing, but I don't know if I do like the original ones over yours. No disrespect firstly! but I do like how the original ones are thicker and if you look at the LY megane it hugs the bodywork and sticks out more, also it seams to cover the whole of the stone chip area on the megane. I will have to see them fitted to a megane if poss before deciding, they look fantastic tho, and also the price.
W None taken buddy. We tried a small winglets and it doesn't look right. We are making it bigger, more in keeping with the Renaultsport one but we don't want to copy the RS one.
£130 for a pair of side skirts? That's pretty decent! Pics? EDIT: Doh! Page 1. Sounds interesting! Group buy?
When would you be able to post pics of them on a megane? Also what sort of fitment would your need to stay on the megane? +1 on group buy!
Front splitter doesnt look right to me on megs. And the fact i would smash the shit out of it everyday getting into works carpark ha
Looks amazing!] What is the fitting needed for these, Do they bolt or bond? Id pay £300 if it was for both side & the front splitter!
Sides just need jacking points cut out and screwing in, the front needs trimming and bonding, I've done a guide for this in guides......it looks better through a good camera, just wish I could see the bloody thing!
No way, I didn't know you actually had to cut the bodywork (Jack Points) I'm not willing to do that So how can you safely jack the car up once they are on? Cazan Racing - I guess there is modification to fit yours also? It may be just a front splitter for me then But I think it would look out of place without the skirts.
Liquidboost, he means you need to cut out a section of the side skirt so they don't cover the jacking points
