  1. Hi all

Whats the best wheel sealant I can use after freshly powder coated R26 anthracite alloys I can use?

    Cheers

  2. Poorboys wheel sealant isnt that bad.

I'd use Gtechniq C5. It's best to do an IPA whipedown before hand also. With it applied properly it should last 1year+

  4. Thanks fellas

  5. +1 for the poor boys wheel sealant.

  6. Used poorboys, used c5. C5 was the better one however best I've used is finishkare 1000p high temp sealant - superb stuff and can be used on bodywork!

  7. I would say gtechniq c5 too but I've just gone for auto glym wheel seal. Spray on and leave to dry. Can't get much easier !

  8. What's the longevity like on the AG spray?

  9. Ive just applied it this aft, it does say to apply between washes so probably not that long. What the C5 like

  10. I had poorboys on my track wheels and brake dust practically rinsed off, i did keep it topped up though

ive got gtechniq c5 to put on when i can be assed to do a proper alloy clean - just look at the vids on youtube

  11. I've been using the AG wheel sealant I'm totally unimpressed. Unless of course I am getting the wrong end of the stuck, but I assumed once sealed, the wheel would be much easier to clean. Not the case with the AG stuff as even after a week of driving, maybe 100 miles tops, my Karcher does not even come close to getting the brake dust off. In fact, it seems to stick on even worse!
