So I think what I need is..... 12x1.50 28mm tapered hex17 Anyone confirm this? Here’s the bolts I’m using now....

TPI are good bolts yeah. If you measure your bolt from the base of the taper/start of the thread, that'll give you the length. A couple of mm extra won't harm if it turns out to be say 26mm and only 28mm are available.
