What are some good uprated drop links as the standard ones seem to wear so quickly?

Couldn't see it on their site

  4. I’ve fitted those Superpro droplinks - they’re easy to adjust and nice and chunky. Well made. Although wider than OEM clearance is fine with coilovers.

  6. Did you notice any better road holding?

  7. It’s not about road holding - it’s to ensure perfect geometry for the anti roll bar when coilovers are fitted. The OEM drop links are too long with the BC’s, leading to some pre load on the roll bar.

  8. if I have kwclubsport I also need to get that links?

  9. If you used the OEM droplinks with the KW’s, but you needed to jack the wheel/hub upwards to fit them, or pull the anti roll bar up or down more than 10mm to fit the droplinks, then you might benefit from the adjustable links. Their length can be adjusted so that they fit perfectly into the roll bar mounting bolt holes, when the car is back on its wheels on level ground (ie with no loading on the roll bar - neutral state).

  10. yes I have lowered car but I can't understand why I need short droplinks !!!

  11. as explained...you are pre loading the roll bar,as the oem droplinks will now be to long on a lowered car.
adjustable links will be able to be shortened to fit perfectly, removing the pre loading.
I see avo suspension have just launched adjustable drop links.

  12. Now I understand
    What length I need?

  13. Ones with less length than OEM

  14. so yes..a shorter droplink you can adjust yourself
.The superpro or the new avo links,as mentioned.
the roll bar would have to be prised apart to fit the oem links
,as the distance has shortened by lowering the car on coilovers.

With the adjustable links, you can measure the distance,or offer them up to the mounting points,so they just slip in,and dont have to be levered in...you then eliminate the roll bar already being under load.

I think this is just a language barrier thing, its not that matthew doesnt understand the concept..

so here we are..multiple options to chose here..
I assume measure the oem distance, then remove the distance required to chose the correct link that slips in smoothly..
    10-15mm possibly?

I went for the whiteline ones, installing them on Tuesday along with AVO coilovers. Any suspension place would set up the drop links for you
