Trophy 225 for sale £2750ono

  1. Limited edition Trophy 225 number #472, currently at 73000 miles which is low for its age. MOT due July 2017. RS tuning remote map+box bhp approx 250. Brought from a forum owner 4 years ago, i traveled all the way to Scotland to buy it. He'd looked after it and had some of the mods completed.
The car has Factory xenons and 6 disc cd/with renault amp and upgraded pioneer front speakers + Parrot MKI 9200 bluetooth with sd/usb/ipod connection. It also has the short shift mod, rear silencer delete (sounds like a jet), forge recirc valve, phase 2 rear lights, white interior led lights and exterior upgraded to led's.
Plenty spent on the car to keep it tip top, cambelt/water pump/aux (by Mark Black), exhaust mounts changed summer 2015, injectors, rear discs +pads, front pads just before that. Swivel hubs, drive shaft, engine mount also replaced. Full history and folder full of invoices and receipts. Fantastic car and really quick, selling as i need to get something slower as i dont need a weapon and now drive like a granny and work travels changed to short trips.
Its almost 11 years old so has some marks, but is in great condition, if anything has needed doing its been done by Mark Black, myself or renaultsport specialists. I'm looking for £2750 ono, please feel free to pm me with questions. I'm located near Derby

  2. Without a hesitation I can say that this is one of the BEST examples of a ph1 Trophy you are ever going to find.

I LOVED owning this car and its condition is something I'm trying to emulate and achieve with my existing 225.

I'll watch this sale closely mark but I don't expect the car to be up for grabs for very long. All the best.

  8. I was suprised how quick it went, just one day! Wasnt to a forum member though, a chap from London. I had a drive in it before it went, i really miss it rs meganes are great cars, just very expensive to run.
I'm now an Abarth 500 owner, not as fast or great handling as the meg, but enjoyable and cheaper to run and maintain.

  10. That was a lovely car!

In terms of the 500, is it a 595?
