Time to say hi

  1. Hi ya lads, joined here a few months ago but I've only started posting tonight. I used to be a member of the meganesport forum but thats absolutely dead now so i hope this place is a bit more active. I owned an R26 for 3 years, went the ring a few times and done plenty of track days. Now I've moved on to the RS250, hoping to do my 1st track day soon now there nice and cheap! Also if anyone can recommend experienced tuners as i'll need a proper map doing once I've got my bolt ons. My brothers recently had a hybrid turbo dragged out over 6 weeks with ktec, now his engines gone bang, I'm not saying its a direct link as I've had work on my r26 done with ktec and it was fine, but after seeing whats just happened to my bro and how he was treated i think i'm going to swerve them in the future.

    Cheers lads

  2. People on here are using rs tuning in leeds for remaps but i used ade tuning in lancashire as im up north

  3. Welcome mate!!

RS Tuning, I did the 520 mile round trip from Edinburgh - I don't think anyone has live mapped more 225's / 250's than him.

  4. Cheers lads, i was thinking rs tuning anyway!

  5. Standard advice on here is to avoid Ktec for mapping. Seems for good reason...

RS Tuning are well respected, as above.

    Welcome along btw.
