First detailing thread on here: I will keep it short and sweet. Sunnnylunn had kindly washed, clayed and used iron x on the car so when I turned up I was straight into the polishing stage (left at 7.30pm lol) the stickers were the biggest difference on the car: The car was already very clean so I spent alot of time on the polishing stages and then wiped down with eraser and followed with two coats of wolf's hard body (excuse the flies in the photos): Thanks for looking.
No Liquid. As I live in N/E Scotland,I wont see Martin, until Oulton. Park trackday, where I shall teach him how to switch off the traction control, and end up on the grass.( I found this out at the last trackday!!.)
Ooh err, rthat looks nice if I do say so myself  get urself over to Oulton, u can show me the way round
I know mate it's a cut out for the aerial so in theory when you open the boot the aerial doesn't catch the spoiler but it doesn't work too well.
Did the R come with a fitted aerial then, even without a stereo? Supposedly my car has a R spoiler in carbon fibre but doesn't have, nor seems to need the cutout.
The R spoiler never came in carbon, it will be a copy from somewhere like K-tec , had you of bought the origanel part from Renault it would of had the cut out
Just to clarify the spoiler was out well before the R26R, renault just opened up their parts bin and used the spoiler on the R. It was a 225 option spoiler. The CF spoiler doesn't have the cut out, they were made for ktec. I have one on mine but they arent all that, usually shoddy ktec lacquer and stuff. Got rid of option spoiler for it and will possibly sell the cf one on one day for another option spoiler.
I had a glovebox full last time at Oulton .. Wasn't going to let John out shine me again lol ONR , detail spray , mitt , drying towel the lot ha ha
