IIRC the Modus ariel fit the MkII and looks good. Does anybody have a part number / link to this, or any other viable alternative?
That's a good question, the replacement aerial I tried wasn't that great and I ended up back with the original.
Very briefly tried this just now and on my short journey the reception was fine. Looks a million times better and as long as the radio still works most of the time I'll be happy. It really is very short at 65mm so bare that in mind - size of an index finger almost.
