Cant answer your question directly but.... Got my car in Jan and had been trying to work out the best set up since. I did 1 track day on the standard set up (CL5+ & AD08R) , which is have to say is considerably better than my 997 911S for track. I was torn between; Intrax, Nitron, KW v3 and KW clubsports. Yesterday i bit the bullet and ordered KW Clubsport. My reasons: Most hardcore megane N'ring'ers use Clubsports. KW offer great customer service from past experience I got a great deal on Clubsports. Hoping for delivery end of the week and then fitting the week after. I'll write a review of road and track after that. My set up will be SuperBlue Fluid CL5+ Fronts Yellow Stuff Rears KW Clubsports Yoko AD08R .... best split purpose tyres ive used. PSS are better for road use but worse for track use
On the KW clubsports, don't they actually give zero warranty? I seem to remember that being the case. KW Suspensions [*=left]Street Coilovers , Variant 1, Variant 2, Variant 3, Street Comfort – Limited Lifetime Warrantee [*=left]Bushings, Bump stops and Ball Joints - 1 Year [*=left]Club Sport Coilovers, 2 way Race Coilovers, 3 way Race Coilovers – No warrantee.
KW have been EXTREMELY busy and i have just received my Clubsport Kit. Took practically 4 weeks from ordering to delivery. So i can now confirm KW-Clubsport Kit comes with a 2 year Guarantee instead of their normal lifetime
I'm having them fitted locally and then taking them to a specialist for Geo. Either Steer Align(not cheap but offers a more complete service) or Wheels in Motion. I'm not sure how important or useful corner weighing is for a street/track car, if i remember correctly Steer align do this as part of their price. Once booked in ill let you know.
