Agreed, looks like the light has been mounted too far in and the bumper clips won’t locate on the bracket under it.
Thanks guys. I brought the car like this and not had chance to fettle with it yet. Do you think I should remove the headlight and re-assemble?
There is a degree of movement in them, had to fiddle with mine after I changed the lights as my bumper didn’t line up after I’d done it.
id say,a badly fitted bumper,that probably has got damage to the mounting slots that clip under the light. it looks like that bumper has been sprayed to,so maybe a bump making it even worse. Even my brand new replacement bumper,did not offer up 100% without altering it. We all know how bad the mk2 bumper fixing
