i think the next stage of improvement for my R26 track focused car is to put some negative camber on the front to get better turn in and less understeer. Does anyone have some thoughts on the above bushes or are camber adjustable top mounts and coilovers the only option. Any advice much appreciated. Thanks David
Haven't experienced them myself but there was a thread a while ago, a guy on here had fitted them, here's a link to the thread, have a read through it. http://www.rsmegane.com/threads/powerflex.6232/#post-72757
Top mounts. Camber adjustable bushes are vile. Compbrake do a reasonable priced setup for mk2s which has the bonus of castor adjustment too. Fits the standard damper, so will also fit any coilovers that use the standard top mount. Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk
I looked at these - sent them back immediately after finding the Superpro kits and having read the reviews about how they work (an off-centre hole) and how long they last (not long) As above, use adjustable topmounts if you think you need more camber.
http://www.compbrake.com/product/re...ext-generation-2-piece-fully-guaranteed-copy/ You just specify the step down washer that suits your own damper. Will fit any damper fitted to a mk2. Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk
I used them from powerflex. KW gives maximum -2,35 camber on top mount. i get -3,2 total camber with this powerflex kit. easy and cheap solution
