New to the forum so do tell me if I should post this elsewhere. Basically i bought a 182 recently and have just done my first track day. I also got taken out in a clio turbo and an r26 that was heavily track focused. I am now hooked to both RS and trackday. I am going to be lightening my 182 at some point but with my daily being a z4.coupe I will then have 2 x 2 seaters. So I have been toying with chopping in the z4 to get a megane but thinking about a 250 or 265 and ideally one that has been fettled with as I like the idea of 300hp+ I am doing my research but really interested in terms of the options I should aim to find ans the reliability issues I should look into. Any help massively appreciated Cheers
Hi and welcome A standard 250/265 will not be a slouch believe me and as a daily it will be a nice car to drive, get a cup version if you are thinking of track use, but then you have the 182 for that, a good map and a intercooler will get you pretty close to 300hp.
