Hello Well it was time to get a sensible car, well as sensible as i can get... so purchased my 5th renaultsport car! A Megane 175 dci Lux with Cup chassis, 5 door in deep black with only 2 owners and 56k miles. First impressions? I love it! Here's a picture from yesterday, after giving it some attention. Black cars do look awesome when clean and polished up. That looks like a nice example, and low miles too for a diesel.

What are you getting out of it? A had Clio 172 ph1 and that would do 45mpg on a run (at 80+ though) which I thought was excellent. Better actually than any of the other smaller petrol engined Clios could managed at the time.
On the long journey home it was 47, but shorter journeys to and from work is 43-44. £25 of diesel got me 204 miles before light came on! Probably would have been more if I drove sensibly constantly, but it's loads more than the clio 197 that's for sure
