  1. Hi everyone. just got myself a Trophy and thought I would join up and hopefully get to a few meets etc.
The car has been modified to within an inch of its life as someone has fitted a bodykit etc which is marmite at best.
mechanically the car is fantastic with lots spent and well maintained so that was my main objective and can put car back to standard as and when I manage.
has cold air intake.owen development turbo.rs tuning map. forge cooler and bov. ill get piccys up asap.

the car is numb er 451 if anybody knows the csr let me know please but looks like its been a weekend toy as only 20000 moles in last 4 years :-D.

  2. Welcome along. Did you buy the car from a garage in Glasgow? I seen one on auto trader just like you have described.

  3. Welcome to the forum along with your Trophy.

Any pics of the car? I'm intrigued as few of these cars get modified like that so wondering what it actually looks like.

  11. Lol, someone spent a lot of money on that bodykit!

  12. I like tinted head lights.

  13. The headlights are terrible as a functional item , as bad as my 172 and they hardly lit the road good ole Renault.

I'm going to put it back to standard looks eventually but will have to replenish the car fund a fair bit first .

  14. Thanks for the warm welcome everyone .

Could anyone recommend somewhere to have the car checked over in or around fife. I'm pretty mechanically minded but most of the faults I've read about are electric and that's a different story :-( .

  15. Welcome mate hope u enjoy your car. Was down ur way last weekend at crail. How you finding it so far

  16. Yeah that's the one I seen for sale. There is SWR in Stirling. They are pretty good renault specialists

  17. You're from Lundin Links ain't you?
I was up at St. Andrews and Anstruther today and drove past your car on the way home.

    Good god that's harsh!

You can immediately make that look a million times better by removing the rear spoiler and side skirts and fitting standard rear lights.

  19. I agree Daz, also get the bumper off , you will increase it's value putting it back to standard , welcome

  20. How much you want for that spoiler?

  21. Looks ehhh...interesting.

  22. I want that spoiler for my track car just for the amount of lols it will get.

  23. Hopefully get a chance to remove the spoiler this weekend but will need to try to find a lip spoiler to replace it.
the rest will stay till I can get a front bumper to put on or it'll look worse.

You'll struggle to get a Nimbus front bumper - in fact any Nimbus panels.

I'd roll without a spoiler for now, swap the lights cheaply as someone will buy those, bin the skirts and spend the most finding a nice undamaged bumper and getting it painted.

  25. I have a spoiler lip standard 1 as u put an r26r one on myn it's blue and would need painting pm if interested mate

  26. there was one on ebay last week but I forgot to watch it . theres a full car breaking in a garage .

  27. front bumper that is haha.
