Just removed from my R26 yesterday, only covered 52k miles and in great condition. I polished the exhaust tips and applied a coat of Gtechniq C5 sealant a few weeks ago, so the tips will polish up like a mirror. The system has had the mid box chopped, this adds a great roar under power and lots of pops and gurgles. It was done at Top Gear Exhausts in Stockport and cost £80. The system has been cut neatly in 2 places, so can be sleeved to fit back easily. I'm looking for £70 collected from South Manchester. Or I can deliver within reason for fuel money. Sorry, this is gone. Needed the space so it went on tip last weekend! Mid box chop sounded great to me. Quiet when cruising but much more when flooring it. I had the car decatted eventually and that was pretty loud with the box chop Back box chop leaves the turbo whilsle noise but I'm not a fan of that. The mid box gives you pops and burbles.
Got any videos on a run? Really don't want anything intrusive, just a bit of noise on full throttle, not my daily commute up Didsbury road
Top Gear will do tips too. No got any other videos as I've got a 3" exhaust system on it now. Mid box chop was sweet, near enough standard when your on light throttle but a good bit louder when your out for a drive.
