Hi All, Anyone have first hand experience of the two different sizes of Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres for the R26? Not available in 235 but have used these tyres on other vehicles and found them excellent. Any bodywork touching issues with a 245 tyre on the R26?? Very small increase of 10mm but do not want any issues with the body work. All input appreciated Cheers R26Man
OK...here's the latest. Have been told that the 245 will not fit on the car as there is not enough clearance on the front springs and also the wheel rim is narrow for this tyre width. I suppose it has to be the 235/40/18 Pilot Sport Cup 2 then..............any alternatives that are better????????
Thanks Jamie. Im literally trawling the internet now trying to make sense of it. I've already got 225 PS3's on... I think going to 225 Super Sports is the way forward. The Super Sports get a much better write up then PS3's.
