Megane 3 Knocking from Front

Hi any help with this greatly appreciated.
I have a knocking from the front of my RS 250 when travelling along bump roads. Almost sounds like something is loose rather than a major suspension component. Have had all the drop links sorted and just sailed through an MOT. Did pay to check it out and the only thing they found was a worn drop link which was replaced but there is still a knocking there. Ok on smooth roads but you can definitely hear it when front wheel goes up a kerb etc. It is not a deep knock but definitely there all the time.
Any ideas?
