Unfortunately the time has come to sell my beloved Megane RS! I have owned this car for the last year, after upgrading from a clio 200. It has been an absolute pleasure and I will be really sad to see it go. It has 41000 miles on it and a full service history. It is fully loaded with pretty much every option available. These include: Cup pack, black 19” alloys, Renaultsport monitor, Recaros, Xenons, Arkamys upgraded sound system. Aside from these optional extras it also, of course, has the usual auto lights/wipers, dual zone climate, auto folding mirrors etc. I bought the car with a Scorpion exhaust which will be kept on the car. It sounds absolutely awesome with some properly awesome pops and bangs when you lift off. It always puts a smile on my face! Last month the car was treated to four new tyres, all alloys being refurbed and new discs and pads all round (RC5+ pads front and yellow stuff pads rear. Kumho tyres). The car has done less than 200 miles since this was all done. The value of all of this work came to around £1500. It was also serviced and MOT’d at the same time. As you can imagine the car drives absolutely fantastically. Naturally having had all of this just done the car shouldn’t need a penny spent on it for at least a year, hopefully a lot longer – service and MOT aside. She is in fantastic condition inside and out. The interior is as new with no scratches or scuffs to any of the plastics and the leather is in perfect condition. On the exterior the only mark is a small crack in the paint on the rear bumper which you can see in the photo. There are one or two small stone chips on the bonnet as you’d expect on a used car! Aside from this the bodywork is fantastic and the paint is in good condition, having professional valets every so often. Obviously all alloys are unmarked. I have only ever run the car on Shell V-power and have always put the best fluids and parts on it. The car has been a real pleasure to own and I will be genuinely sad to see her go.
