  1. Reluctant sale of my 2004 Megane 225 Sport.

    Build thread is here: http://rsmegane.com/threads/megane-225-ff-massive-project-my-6th-renault-sport-model.10137/

The car has had all the big jobs done and a huge amount of love and attention thrown at it to get it up to standard of what I believe is probably the best 225 you're going to find for sale at the moment.

52k miles, 4 prev owners, Metallic blue, all usual options including auto lights, climate control etc.

I purchased the car early this year and straight away realised I'd bought a car needing some serious work, all of which has been done now using genuine Renault or uprated parts where possible:

(All carried out at just under 50k miles so the car has done around 2500 miles since this work)

I run a Detailing & Hydro dipping business and also have some bits I can include with the car for the right price including Ph1 rear lights, two brand new front wings ready to be painted / dipped when I got time, new grilles, new mirror covers (again to be dipped in Carbon).

    Price £4995

There are a lot of Megane's for sale cheaper, but I urge anyone looking to do their research and have a look at how much any of the big jobs are going to cost including the belts (£500), clutch and flywheel (£900-1100), let alone Tyres (£375), Brakes (£300+), Engine mounts (£200+), rear main oil seal, sump gasket etc... (Sorry you get the picture)!

Any questions or queries just give me a shout and I'll happily talk it through!

    Nick

  2. Sorry but these are NOT hid headlights, these are Halogen headlights! Running hid (xenon) bulbs in them does not make them HID headlights
