Just how? Were all those taken over a single night? All those wheels wouldn't fit in a single Van would they?

That was my second though too.... alloys I can understand maybe but steel wheels is just wtf.

Exactly, manufacturers too tight to fit locking wheel nuts asking for them to be taken these days. I've even got lockers on my mk1 clio rolling steels.

 

I suppose now that most cars don't have a spare wheel. Most people buy one after they've bought the car so possibly a market for steel wheels?

 

No lockers thats begging to happen... A similar thing happened when o worked at Vauxhall.. Zafira clara wheels when we had the reator the cars lifted to display to road traffic... Doh!
