Anyone got one? Like a blown up image type thing. Front near side spring snapped this morning and supposedly has taken out the top bearing along the way. Dropped it off at Halfords after the AA followed me up there this morning, i'm being told this is Renault only, its been ordered and due Monday. Spring and bearing fitted all in for £290 I didn't think the suspension spring turned and just the lower hub assembly did?

It went with a hell of a bang when I started driving back home direction, about the third pot hole the broken spring piece decided in no longer wanted to be anywhere near my car and fucked off lol
Spring and bearing for £290? That's steep! Just bought a full set of springs and two topping bearings and cup dampers all round for £490. £150 on springs. You could have had my old ones mate!
Meh, it is what it is mate, it's not really drivable as it is. At least it will be new up front spring wise. Just feels like one thing after another at the moment.
