I’m not sure if I’m going to get an interest on this, however up for sale is my Black Megane R26. It was originally designed to be a project however, it ended up becoming my daily driver. My mechanical skills ended up being pretty non-existent unfortunately and so a lot of my plans fell by the wayside. It does need some TLC but I’m sure it could end up a track car or someone with some time could give it the attention it deserves. Currently the car is on a SORN ticket and not insured so a test drive would need full comprehensive insurance and hard cash in my hand. I’ve been bitten on that before unfortunately in the past. Anyway, a quick check with wewantanycar has given me a price of £2800, so in the spirit of getting the cash in the bank as soon as possible I’m looking for £3000 with everything extra below thrown in for good measure. One quick trip to RS Tuning would give you a near 300bhp beast I imagine, but I just never managed to get around to it. The MoT runs out in September 2017, advisories were rear bearings, steering . All these parts (rear discs, steering rods and ends) will be included for you and just need to be fitted. I had new front tyres this year and the rears probably need doing soon but didn’t show up on the MoT. There is a ticking from the front on full lock, I’ve been told it is driveshaft related and will include these too (one or both if needed). There are some scratches on the drivers seat from jeans probably and a scratch to the rear quarter panel thanks to the neighbour’s brat on a scooter the rest of the car condition is in consummate with the age. Oh, the front bottom lip is missing, but there is a Cupra style included for fitting.
