  1. Im just after some recomendations or links on the best cleaning products for ultra blue paint that people use

  2. Fk1000 looks mint on Ultra blue

  3. The choice is huge mate....

This is a great place to look, lots of quality products and detailed guides for everything

Personally, Im a big fan of Auto Finesse products, everything in the range works brilliantly and all reasonably priced

How much time and effort are you planning to put in. A quick polish or spend a bit more time?

  4. Im looking to spend a lot of time on it. As I cant stand a dirty car haha

  5. It's a minefield, go to detailing world and start reading. A lot of it is down to personal preference, but some staples are Autosmart G101 as an all purpose cleaner, maybe Surfex HD as a degreaser. AF revive is a great trim restorer too. Shampoo is personal choice, just get one with no wax in. And for a great all in one polish, filler you can't beat Autoglym Super Resin Polish.

  6. There are so many products and so many recommendations. As above Detailing World is a fantastic site for information if nothing else.

One thing I would recommend though, out of all the fancy, unknown, designer type products out there. If you want a great, cheap, easy to use polish to bring up your paint, try Autoglym Super Resin. It's so easy to use and readily available every detailer should have a bottle. Not a heavy cut polish but to work by hand and mask imperfections I would highly rate

You can order so many products online, I use Shinerama but that said, £60 spent in Halfords will get your car looking mint. Don't be fooled (as I and many have been) that more expensive products equates to a better finish.
