Another what could it be thread...

  1. At low speed and low revs, more so in second gear then picking up to 2k rpm the Megane feels a little shakey. It "feels" like a slight horizontal shake, then above 2k rpm nothing. Shake is gone and it doesn't happen at speed. Also doesn't happen in neutral and reving.

    When I had wheel alignment done recently, it seemed a lot better but now it's come back.

    I've a suspected rear wheel bearing but the shake seems to be coming from the front.

    Had new track rod ends, gearbox mount and coilovers.

    Fire away.

  2. When it happens is it proportional to engine speed or road speed ? Do you feel it in your hands or in the seat of your pants ?

  3. I would say engine speed and I feel it through pedals and the steering wheel.
