Snap. I bought a R26 Lux. 9 months old for 13k about 10 years ago. This is where used RS make huge sense from a value perspective. If cars that are 6 years older are going for 8k. Then 6 years newer for less than 5k means less than £1k depreciation per year or £80 a month. Makes new car pcp monthlys look silly. Good luck with the sale.
