Had the megs 2nd 2 hour track night session last night at Knockhill - bizarre conditions meant it was sunny warm and dry. had a whale of a time, makes me only want to enjoy the car on a track now. Had a lot more confidence this time over the 1st outing. Sadly as you'll see in the vid at the end, the clutch put an early end to the fun, but can't complain! - sound improves after 30 seconds as I put the window up! Yeah mate - you're spot on - my garage confirmed this as well - just going to uprate to a racing fluid next week or so. Looking good Papps! It took me two years to get my car on track and I'm itching to get back, as you say it's makes it all worthwhile. The OPL session in September can't come quick enough, be good to see a few other Meganes.
Yeah that will be sweet mate - can't wait, not seen any Mk3's on track yet!, there's a chap with a stunning LY 200T Clio there last night, and he's booked onto Mike's night in sept as well - should be good. Did you ever manage to get round to booking a tuition session? I'm still wanting to get one in, but with the BTCC next weekend I doubt they'll have many slots before the 3rd
I didn't manage to book any tuition but I'm still planning on getting it at some point. Doubt I'll manage to do it before the 3rd though. I'll drop them an email and see when they have availability.
