In normal last minute style I have managed to find the time to go to the FOS on Sunday. For some reason (middle aged senility) I thought you could pay on the gate on the day, but looks like its tickets only and they are predictability all sold. Managed to sort a ticket this morning for the Sunday, so I will be heading along the coast from Devon if anyone wants to meet on the way.
Im going on the Sat now as well. Going as guests of Gran Turismo for the weekend. Get to park near the house and can go inside it That's a fair trek Torch!
yeah, flying down to luton then heading over to stay at my aunties house near woking, going to Mercedes benz world on the Friday then FOS on Saturday should be an epic weekend
It's best to go when they have a event on at Brooklands next door to merc world so can make a day of it.
Pics are great - looks like a fantastic day - I must get myself there one year. On another note, is it just me that thinks the Red Arrows are shit? 1950's technology really isn't impressive. Time to retire the old Hawks?
Could of got free tickets for some of it, was watching it on youtube and super annoyed I was 'working'. Quite a few cars, new ones like the RS and the Mustang I really would like to see it person, plus the wankel Mazdas Going to make a point of going next year, it's just a trek from up'north.
did you see the Porsche 918 nearly crash into the red mustang ? got some vid footage of it the marshal decided to release the Porsche whilst the mustang had decided to do another round of donuts
