Just in the process of making the R26 how I want it and fixing things I've noticed the the drivers keyless lock button only works every now and then , the unlock sensor works fine , but the lock button works for a bit then didn't then did now doesn't lol common issue ? And will it be a new door handle? Cheers Dean

It is common problem with every Renault fitted with that "old style" button. I had a problem with that on my Scenic and Laguna. Unfortunately it cost about £160 to fix it. Whole door handle needs to be replaced (£95) and painted (£65). On mine cars it was working during rain and just after car wash
No problems. I am glad that I could help. With new version of "rubber button" such as 250/265 and newer Renault problem has been resolved.
