Just had RS Monitor V1 retro-coded in my MK3 RS 250. Beyond happy is an understatement! I bought the car thinking it was a difficult/near impossible retrofit but turns out if you have the right spec (which mine did) from factory its a small coding job to turn on the full OEM functionality. Even if you don't have the right spec, it's then only a matter of upgrading some wiring and fitting a new control stalk.

    Has anyone else done this?

I don't but StageX Motorsport are the guys who did mine, based in Coventry & Dagenham (I went to Coventry). You can google them or find them on facebook. He said most things are possible and will ask you what current screen etc you have. Let me know what they say and good luck. Hopefully its a relatively small / quick job like mine was.

  4. Yeah had mine done by Stage X as well. Think they do a postal service as well if you have the correct control stalk where they send you a coded unit, and you send the one in your car back to them ! They coded mine in the car but I lost the time and temp on my screen so they sent a replacement for me to send mine back to them. Great service

  5. I have 265 cup with sat nav. Would this be easily possible?

Love the temp and time! It just 'looks' right

Worth dropping them a message - there are lots of options including the R link (or similar name) for facelifts

  8. Exactly my setup, and yes.
