Hello, not 100% sure which section to post this in but, I’m reluctantly selling my Glacier White R26 on a 08 plate naively I started the project a month before my son was born so never got round to finishing it. Skip forward 3 years ... The car is currently sat on the drive way waiting to be finished. I will upload some photos when I get chance to take some, but just gauging interest at the moment. the car could easily be made road legal, all it needs as far as I know is a MOT and mapping. the short spec list is as follows 2008 GW r26, 96k on the clock. All work so far was carried out around <1000 miles away - Forged pistons & Rods. - TD04HL/20T turbo. - 630 injectors. - PACE front mount - 4” core if I remember correctly. - BC racing coil overs, can’t remember the spring rates though. - 3” turbo back K-tec racing exhaust - Corbeau Clubsport Seats - These are brand new, maybe sat in them 10 times. - Updated Mounts from k-tec I’m sure there’s a lot Iv missed out as I’m writing this at work. the body work could be in better condition but it is a 12 year old car now, a small-ish dent in the sill, and a few marks on the bodywork. would make a perfect project car/Donor car, I had every intention of getting it back on the road but I just don’t have the time or space anymore. It will need mapping and a few little bits and bobs, but nothing to major, I have had it on a dyno, I just never got time to get it mapped - It pulled 296bhp. if anyone is interested give me a text on 07367484745 and I can get some photos over and more information ASAP, I don’t check my inbox on here often. Not really sure what price I would be after, something around £3500 mark. will need to be taken away on a trailer as it has no MOT, could possibly arrange for delivery but would be at buyers expense. Unfortunately I don’t have the space to break the car.
To be honest mate, Iv got a new car now. My parents are disabled so it needs moving from my driveway, so they can have full access to the driveway, that’s the main reason why I’m selling it, if it wasn’t in the way I’d of got it sorted
I bought the engine from a old member on here originally, stripped it down, changed big end and mains for king racing bearings, as to who fit the rods & pistons, I’m unsure mate.
