Hi All Over the next few months (current car goes back end of October) I'm in the Market for an RS250 if anyone is planning on selling up, or are lucky enough to be upgrading to a new 280. Ideal spec would be:- 250 Cup, but ideally a Lux, Cup Packed car Oyster Grey, Mercury (think that's the silver) or Black Leather Recaros, or lux leather Fairly low miles, ideally less than 50k or thereabouts Service History Belts done The usual relatively decent tyres and brake disc/pad life In a perfect world any of the niggles like swivel bearings etc and a decent clutch already dealt with. Not too fussed if its a standard or mapped car as id probably do a stage 1 in any event at some point. Ideally in the South of England as well, so kind of narrows down my hopes really, as the spec I like seems to be the Holy Grail of 250's ! Id prefer to source something from an enthusiast as some of the cars out there look like dogs (the ones that are "my wifes car" or "only selling due to a company car") Thanks in advance

I’m based on south coast in Littlehampton. I’m toying with the idea so not 100% firm, but spec is: 2010/60 plate. FSH. Belts done 2016 By K-Tec. Lux model, not cup so has keyless entry, dual climate, rear parking sensors, privacy glass etc and optional extras include: Cup chassis pack with LSD. Recaro leather seats. 19” Alloys. Visibility pack including bi xenon cornering lights and LED DRL’s. RS Monitor. Panoramic Glass roof. Spare Wheel. Arkamys 3D Sound. The car is in pearl black and now done 71500 miles. The car apparently has a scorpion exhaust from cat back, k&n filter, forge dump valve, H&R springs and was remapped in July 2018 at RS Tuning in Leeds producing 300BHP. All internal bulbs replaced with LED and genuine RenaultSport mats in May 2018. Serviced in May 2018 with new plugs using all official Renault parts. Pollen filter is present ready to fit. New discs and pads fitted at rear in August 2017 along with front hub pivots and front brakes have massive amount of life left. Car only done 3500 miles since August 2017. Also had new coolant and thermostat and thermostat seal fitted by specialist in May. Had 2 brand new Michelin PS4’s fitted in March/April and then another 2 of the same fitted after a nail went through on my way to RS Tuning in late May. £700 plus in tyres! Just had full gearbox oil flush and change in July 2018. It had a detail done at the end of May. The rear wheels are starting to show marks in the lacquer and the fronts are still as new after being refurbed last August. The prices seem to be all over the shot but when you look in to the specs they’re at the mid to high 10’s. This is where I’d feel more comfortable in selling if I do. There are a couple of things to sort. An oil leak on a driveshaft. Seal has been ordered and will be replaced in the coming couple of weeks. Rear brakes are squeaking due to Pagid pads. I’ll be replacing with Brembo pads during its MOT in the next couple of weeks. Front seat base cover appears to have been removed and not fitted correctly so it’s rippled. I plan to get these sorted ASAP if I keep the car. Minor jobs and minor cost.

Bump, still looking ! Colour not too important other than Yellow, or white, budget would be around £8-8.5k cash (although I realise not every box of spec I'm after would get ticked at that level)
Looking like I will have to increase my budget by about a grand to get anything half decent so £9-£9.5k could be a possibility !
