I can really recommend Manford Motors in Woodford Green. WG is on the Central Line so not too difficult for you to get down to Stratford and then to Southend. I've lived around the area for years and always taken my cars there, he always has some exotica in there needing work so obviously has a good reputation. Ask for the owner Sony and say Mark Williams recommended him to you. He's always happy to do the work for cash if you ask.
It was on my older car 350z. I had the front end resprayed, bonnet and wings and bumper (stone chips) as I was getting the clear protective film put on. I also got them to repray and remove a door dent from the rear arch that had was triggering my ocd.
