Hi all, was getting new tyres fitted yesterday on my 250 and noticed my front brake disks are wearing uneven. The inside of both front disks is worn way more than the outside. Car is running the normal groved Renault disks with RC6 pads. Is this a common issue? Rebuild time?
Asymmetrical caliper piston pressures? Whip out the pads, clean up caliper and pads and check piston free movement with a comparison between inboard and outboard piston pairs.
