Just getting the hang of things on here for new posts, does anyone know where I might be able to buy drivers seat in excellent/good condition for F1 Cup 2006 Megane. Same as pic. Bolster leather on right side has started to split lightly, not shown on pic, like to replace it or repair it.
It's a common issue with these reccaros, so any likely 2nd hand replace will have the same issue. Also, I don't think these seats were fitted to anything other than the F1 special, so finding them might prove difficult. Better to have your seat repaired I'd have thought.
Does anyone know where I can buy a new gear knob insert from? For my F1 Cup. Would like same or similar design as pic, mine has rubbed off, just black at moment.
Next on the list to replace are right hand lower arm, left hand lower arm, both lower arms links, near side hub assembly and off side hub assembly, just been to k-tec Friday had the mot all clear no advisory's, 10 year service, at same time replaced all discs with oem drilled discs with DS 2500's pads and new front rubber splitter. Previous setup was oem drilled rear discs, fronts Brembo solids with DS Performance pads all round, DS's were good but big squeal on fronts for slow road use, bedding in the DS 2500's.
Also on the look out for a genuine R26R spoiler, good price and photos, doesn't have to be painted as will have it wrapped carbon gloss
