Spring ratings

  1. Does anybody know what the standard spring rates are for the 225 and the r26?
Also. What is everyone using on their bc coilovers? For road use?

Not sure what the standard spring rates are.
On the BC's the fronts are 7kg, the rears are available in 4kg or 7kg, i use mine on track and was advised to go for the 7kg on the rear, they are adjustable for height and to some extent loading, i do drive my car to the track just need to back the dampers off quite a lot for road use.

  3. Next time, I would get 8kg front and 7kg back for track use
4kg on rear is too low for track.
