Would anybody be interested in a full Nurburgring pack from a 275 Trophy-R? The discs have covered less than 500 road miles and the Optimate battery charger is included. I also have a rear parcel shelf, boot load liner and a set of 19" red Speedline Turinis with worn Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres. Please PM me.
Apologies for the poor quality pictures but I didn't have long to take them. The tyres have approx. 5-6mm tread left and I have the original fitting instruction guides also. I only took one picture of the harnesses and carpet mats as the other side is the same!!!
Just sent you a note on wheels.. for some reason I managed to convince myself the ad said 18'.. I have the same wheels but in black. Keen on the tyres and other bits though..
Thank you to everyone who has got in touch. I'm not sure if people know, but if you purchase the Nurburgring pack parts separately from Renault you will be looking at over £5000. The discs alone are £3200. Also the wheels are around £2000 and the tyres approximately £800. I would rather not split the Nurburgring pack if possible as it is difficult to price the parts separately. I appreciate it is a lot of money, but it does represent a massive saving and is all from a genuine Trophy-R.
I had a reply he wants 2k for the pack no idea on the wheels - I thought that was a bit pricey as you can get almost the same kit direct from Renault for 2k
If you mean harnesses used discs battery and charger plus the wheel bags for 2k then I guess yes a couple of hundred quod saving over brand new for discs battery and harnesses from Renault then crack on
I also thought everything included was wheels as well, if not then maybe it isnt, regardless of disc price
And the discs are used so could be fecked ? I'm very sceptical of used braking systems ? And for a lot less money you could get tarrox bells and rotors
Low mileage, I'd use them. Tarox setup isn't the best, if your going 2 piece get PFCs or girodiscs, Proper motorsport spec 2 piece jobbys
I have had a lot of interest in these parts and as you can imagine it takes time to reply to everyone. Unfortunately I have had commitments this week that have allowed me little free time and access to the internet. So I'm sorry people couldn't wait a couple of days for a reply (and those people above have actually had a reply on prices but not bothered to take it any further). Unfortunately some of us are not able to sit behind a keyboard all day (and by the looks of it all night). It was my understanding that the Nurburgring Pack was only ever available to Trophy-R customers, and at the time of purchase, for the reduced price (please correct me if I'm wrong but this was my experience). I welcome anybody to price all the individual items up from Renault directly (I would be interested in this). I have told everybody who has shown interested that I am open to sensible offers, but nobody has actually made an offer. I can assure you all of the items are in mint condition (the car has only covered 7700 miles in 2 years). The front discs were swapped back to original plain discs (after less than 500 miles), due to the high cost of replacements. I have recently sold the vehicle and wanted the Pack to go to somebody that actually wanted it. It seems to be the case these days that the majority of people always want something for nothing. Apologies for the rant but I have never understood why people feel the need to be this way on forums.
I had a price from you and you mentioned it was collection only to which I asked you where you were based and got no reply. I'm sure you'll appreciate it's equally frustrating when sellers don't reply to messages. You also might of saved yourself the mass of messages by putting prices on items rather then asking for offers.
Surely the best way to sell something is to at least put a starting price on? Most forums I've been on before have required a price in all for sale ads, would remove a lot of the nonsense.
Due to people questioning my pricing I have spoken to Renault today regarding costs for the separate items new. I welcome anybody to call Renault themselves. All prices are including VAT. 19" red Speedline Turini wheel £454.07 (each without tyres) 235/35R19 Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyre £205.40 (each from Camskill) Wheel centre cap £28.43 (each) Wheel covers/straps £474.00 Battery kit £2254.95 (without charger) Harness £279.91 (Renault believe this is a pair but cannot be sure) Discs £2606.75 (Renault believe this is a pair but cannot be sure) I did not check availability from Renault, but as you can see from the above the total cost would be over £8000. I feel justified in what I have asked for, but I'm still open to sensible offers.
Hi Dan, I think your pricing is ambitious, also as you base it on the spare parts pricing. The Nuer pack consists of the battery with charger, the harnesses, the wheel covers with straps and the larger disks and was a £2k option for all of those. If you look at identical parts from a different source, (looking at like for like items makes it even cheaper), you are nowhere near the pricing. The wheels aren't really part of the Nuer pack. As per my PM I was interested in some of the parts, but understand that you don't want to split the parts up. However, even without knowing the exact prices that you'd like to get, I think you'll struggle at this price point. Anyhow: Good luck!
I didn't realise this was a barbecue, there seems to be a lot of grilling going on I can quite believe the prices from Renault! At the end of the day Dan is offering these (let's face it hard to come by) parts, and at a lot less than if you ordered them from Renault yourself? It's not as if they pop up on eBay every week lol However it might also be helpful if you put some prices up of individual parts, and should you have buyers for everything then everyone's a winner! If you don't want to split then fair enough
