   Does anybody know the part number of the this part marked in yellow. My cousin was told the ball joint need needs replacing for a grand total of £350

   As ive bought that lower ball joint separately and changed it myself i can help you with that. You can buy that part from here http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-GENUI...460806?hash=item2ee996a9c6:g:fsMAAOSwdzVXr0si
   
   It is much cheaper than 350pounds, especially if you can do the work yourself

   Are they cheaper?

   I just buy them at my Renault dealer at 74£ , in Belgium no problem and my friend installs them for free :-)
