Comes with everything but no blanking plate I'm afraid. It was on my car when I got it with the original recirc valve still fitted and it worked fine, made all the right noises so I probably wouldn't bother with a blanking plate if I were going to re-fit. I have a miltek on mine but I also have the decat pipe, even with the decat it's not overly loud, on cruising it's nice and subtle under load it sounds brilliant Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
