What i need is help/opinions on the colour and the red pack I'm down to diamond black or mercury - both metallic Which one would you go for any why? To assist, the car itself will have the 18" black tibors and gloss black mirrors. Second question, red pack or no red pack and why? I know it comes down to preference but I'm undecided and I want to hear opinions! Ta

About time mate you have gone on about it enough lol I really like them and you don't see enough in mercury, leave the red pack can look alittle aftermarket on certain colours.

They look stunning in Silver, Black is a bit boring and doesnt really show off the curves/front and rear diffusers Personally i would be going for a used 250 though, Some proper bargains to be had and the savings could be used for some Forge goodies I wish i had waited another few months before i got mine but hey ho, Hindsight is a wonderful thing
A few things have gone into the decision but 4 years warranty servicing aa etc is so appealing. Plus the deals out there on new ones atm are very good so my mind is made up. Plus it'll be brand new, all for me, to the spec i want. Bliss! I think mercury is top atm BUT if i can get a good LY quote, ill be going whole hog! Lol
Fair enough, you can probaly get a cracking deal on a brand new one that isnt that much more than a used one
I know, I know. Heart is on LY more i think about it... hopefully a dealer is willing to make a deal of it! I'd have an .R no doubt but we (the missus) needs 'practicality' *yawn* pretty much yer and it'll be brand spanking new to my spec, i could be waiting months to find the right spec one to save a few k and im not settling on 'oh well it dont have recaro's' type thoughts lol
Nothing wrong with the red pack.....it breaks up the diamond black perfectly and makes it that bit more unique....granted I don't think I would have put it on the Oyster grey or any other colours except black and white but i really like mines! Each to their own tho....:-))
I didn`t go for the red pack. 500e, for that money you can put as many red stickers as you like and where you like ;-)
no red pack yuk...get cup pack if not cup model, I have elec/soft seats and satnav as use my car as everyday car too - I found Recaro's just little too hard for me (slight build and getting old lol)
If you dont have any luck with your dealer and the numbers adding up remember to shop around. Play the dealers off each other, with them being franchises you can use it to your advantage
Between Black or Mercury Id go for Mercury. Also I know your buying it for yourself and not the second owner but it'll be such a rare sought after car in Mercury. Only thing ordering one just now is the long wait with August shut down (if that still happens with them being built elsewhere now ?)
Current, thank god, i dont like the new styling plus no xenons and no slotted discs as standard anymore! i had to contact the dealer and make sure though! Will have some pics up when i get it!
