I'm looking to refresh and upgrade some of the components to tighten up the steering response of the trooper. it's done about 50k ... but is feeling a little 'loose' this is following on from another thread on here (where someone kindly put up a list of parts), but i just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with these parts on the megane (lemforder)? and what maybe needed that i've missed? Lemforder stuff is good quality. I went for TRW items as that's who manufactures the parts for Renault. The wishbones & track rods from misterauto won't fit they're a Renault only part. You could also change the anti twist links if you changing the drop links. Ktec aren't the cheapest for parts either I would try Renault parts direct before buying from Ktec. You seem to have
didn't realise TRW made Renaults bits... good to know.. might re-asses this list lol ... the wishbones (are these the steering arms?) and is that the ie rod axel joint that won't fit? ... will have a look at renault parts direct... was looking at ktec for the uprated mounts and bushes only... can't see anywhere else that sell them.
Yeah the wishbones are the track control arms & the rod axel joint is the Renault only part. Never realised you were opting for the uprated Ktec engine mounts but I'm sure there is a couple of other places that do them cheaper too.
If ypur after only the CV and not the whole halfsafts than thw 1.9dci 88kW ones will fit (they are same) both the inner and the outer. Im only not sure abaut if the tottal length is the same. Sent from my LG-D855 using Tapatalk
