  1. For sale is my Renault Megane RS 250 Cup. I've owned this car for a year, and I am genuinely sad to see it go, but a house purchase is forcing a sale. Before purchasing I spent a long time tracking down the perfect Megane RenaultSport 250 for me. This is the highest specified 250 I've seen. You would be buying an extremely well looked after, fully sorted, enthusiast owned, very high specced car that has been utterly reliable, and often gets positive comments about it's condition.
    Key Information:
    • Artic White
    • 66k Miles (Will rise as in daily use)
    • Cup Pack (Adding lower, stiffer suspension, a Limited Slip Differential and red Brembo 4 piston brake calipers)
    • Leather Recaro CS Sportster seats, with RenaultSport embroidered into the headrest (Rare and desirable)
    • Panoramic Roof (Extremely rare, and also adds a lighter headlining, lifting the interior)
    • Power-fold mirrors, which fold when you lock the car.
    • Privacy Glass
    • Keyless Entry, with both keys present.
    • Xenon headlights, with LED daytime running lights.
    • Automatic headlights and wipers.
    • Climate control - Air Conditioning works and blows cold!
    • TomTom Sat Nav system, with integrated bluetooth for calls and music streaming.
    • Full Service history, 7 stamps total. Last one from RenaultSport specialist KTEC Racing in September. This included a Gearbox oil change, and a coolant change, on top of the regular service requirements.
    • All other services were carried out by Renault main dealers. The cambelt, waterpump, aux belt, and thermostat (common RS fault) were all done last year by a Renault dealer, around 9k ago, costing over £1000.
    • The lower swivel hub bearings were also replaced last year, costing £250 to fix the only other real common fault of the Megane which can cause vague steering and horrendous sounds during low speed manoeuvres.
    • MOT Until October 2018.
    • New OE front grooved discs and Performance Friction Z rated pads fitted around a week ago. 20171218_155249.jpg 20171218_155249.jpg 20171218_155249.jpg 20171101_142410.jpg 20171101_142256.jpg 20180117_113159.jpg 20180117_113207.jpg 20180117_113224.jpg 20180117_120014.jpg 20180117_120210.jpg 20180117_120225.jpg 20180117_120250.jpg 20180117_120111.jpg 20180117_120121.jpg 20180117_120134.jpg
During my ownership, I have subtly modified the car, keeping most of the standard parts. Modifications are:

    HEL Braided brake lines.

    Motul RBF600 brake fluid.

Autec Wizard Gunmetal Wheels, 18x8 Et50 with Covered in 225/40/18 Yokohama Advan Neova AD08R tires. These cost me £1300 alone less than 6 months ago. All 4 are legal, and have plenty of life left.

Milltek non resonated cat back. I do have the standard in garage, which can be refitted if desired. It doesn't drone on long journeys, but adds crackles and pops and adds a nice, deep tone to the car.

If the car goes for asking, I will also include:

ITG Maxogen Induction kit. this adds a great induction noise, adding turbo whistles and chirps.

H&R Lowering Springs, bought but never fitted.

Pure Motorsport Stud Conversion Kit, allowing easier wheel changes and the ability to run spacers (if required) easier.

Carbotech XP8 front brake pads, which are a brilliant high performance brake pad.

Brand new, OEM rear pads which haven't been on the car.

The only bad points to mention are slight damage on the front right bumper where I got a little to close to a cone (pictured) The only other negative is very slight kerbing to both front wheels (again, pictured)

This car has been an absolute joy to own, and still makes me smile even on a boring commute to work. It's been utterly reliable and has never failed me once. I am genuinely heart broken to have to sell the car.
